Do you feel weighed down by anxiety, constant worry, or trouble focusing? You are not alone, and you do not have to face it on your own. I provide therapy for individuals ages 13 and up, helping clients work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, postpartum depression, learning disabilities, and life transitions. I also help clients and families address communication challenges, relationship strain, and family conflict – supporting healthier patterns and deeper connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, focused on helping you gain clarity, build emotional tools, and create lasting change.
I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, couples, and families, as well as conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, executive functioning challenges, and school related concerns. I often support families and teens navigating academic stress, motivation issues, and school refusal, helping them build structure, communication, and confidence both at home and at school. My background in neuropsychology allows me to integrate emotional and cognitive insights, helping clients understand how attention, learning, and stress influence daily functioning and relationships.
I have also worked closely with children and families in both clinical and community settings. Due to the nature of remote and virtual care, I currently see children within family therapy sessions rather than individually, ensuring that the family system remains an active part of the healing process.
If you are looking for a safe, supportive space to process your emotions, rebuild relationships, or develop tools to navigate life’s challenges, I am here to help. Together, we can work toward healing, clarity, and meaningful growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward a more balanced, connected, and fulfilling life.
Education
- I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles, and I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington State.
- I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Dayspring Behavioral Health, where I provided therapy and assessment services for clients across the lifespan. My clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and strengths-based approaches, always adapted to each client’s unique goals and background.
