Insurance

We do not take Medicaid and Medicare!

We take the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • Cigna/Evernorth
  • First Choice Health/Kaiser
  • Lifewise
  • Moda
  • Premera
  • Regence

Please note: A quote of benefits or authorization does not guarantee payment or verify eligibility and represents our best estimate from your insurance based on our resources available. Payment of benefits are subject to all terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the member’s contract at time of service, and thus you may owe more than, less than, or exactly the amount we quote after your claims process.

We cannot guarantee that your specific insurance plan will reimburse you for our therapy sessions. Please check your coverage carefully. We recommend that you consult your insurance benefits packet and call your insurance company to verify whether out-of-network reimbursement is a possibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours, or "no showing" to your appointment will result in a $100 fee. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment prior to the 24-hour window will waive the cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have any questions about our cancellation policy.
